Why We Choose Bespoke

Why We Choose Bespoke

Bespoke this, bespoke that—you often hear this term in marketing, advertisements, or projects of similar attributes. But what does it mean to be bespoke? And more importantly, why do businesses choose to be bespoke?

Say goodbye to the old cookie-cutter days

Bespoke is specially made for a particular person, organisation, or purpose. For businesses, choosing to be bespoke means offering products and services that are unique and personal to each client. But why is it important for businesses to provide such exclusive products and services?

The answer is fairly simple—to find the perfect fit. If businesses stick to the old cookie-cutter days and provide only three different types of products to millions of people, chances are, the three products offered can only please a few.

Choosing to be bespoke means choosing to be unique. It means that you, as a business, are willing to go the extra mile to deliver quality, unique, and tailor-made to fit products to your clients. This will not only benefit your clients but it will also benefit you—with unique solutions, your products and services will be different from the rest and clients will have their utmost confidence in your service. This will then give you a competitive edge in the industry.

Here at Floral Royale, we’re all about finding the perfect fit for you

In November 2020, our team had the opportunity to showcase our skills in providing bespoke floral decoration and styling. We were tasked with designing masculine-themed flowers and foliages that can last throughout the four-day event.

While most people would not associate masculinity with flowers and foliages, we chose to redefine masculinity as we designed the perfect workpieces for this event.

When we sketch, we take into consideration the principle of design. The decor must be in proportion to the space and the wall, which is one of the most neglected parts of the design, and it should also be balanced, whether asymmetrical, symmetrical or both.

Every boutique has a different emphasis. To bring out the harmony and unity that our client emanates, we studied the character, tone, vision, and message of our client. In this particular event, our client has a wood furniture theme with gold trimmings and a touch of metal elements in their interior design. To gel the interior design with masculine-themed flowers and foliages, we incorporated driftwood and aluminium decorative wires to form a sphere shape. Our sketches received endless compliments as they were clear, detailed, and informative.

To complement the masculine theme, we chose flowers with a colour palette that could last throughout the four-day event, namely green, white and brown.

Our flower choices for the display below the client’s featured collection are King Protea and Queen Protea both in white, air plant Tillandsia, Monstera, Philodendron, preserved palm leaves, and Anthurium as the flowers need to be long-lasting and cannot be too big or else customers would not go near the display. We also added pebbles as they add weight to the design and act as an anchoring element.
